Beijing North Tech Aluminum Hinged Door, is the door type that use a wide range now. It means that the door that hinges installed at one side of door leaf, then the door open inside and outside. Hinged door is composed of door frame, hinges and door leaf, etc. The material of the aluminum alloy is relatively durable, so it is quite popular for our construction.
According to the number of door panels, the aluminum hinged door can be divided into single hinged door and double leaf hinged door. Single hinged door only has one panel and one side fitted with hinges then another side to open. The double hinged door has two panels and each panel have fitted with hinges then swing to opening.
Aluminum hinged doors are characterized by high resistance to corrosion and harsh offshore operating conditions. It was achieved through application of aluminium profiles made of special alloy. The surface of such profiles is protected by pre-anodization prior to painting. Door hardware is made of aluminium alloys, stainless steel and brass. The doors have a number of different applications, e.g. panic push bars, high security locks, multi-point locks. It is possible to use glass or aluminium fills. The hinged doors are available in a “cold” version used inside the unit and “warm” version fitted with a thermal break which significantly improves thermal insulation of the structure.
